Halloween Candy

The Hummelstown Rotary Club packed over 100 candy bags to be given out at the Hummelstown Food Pantry for a little Halloween treat. Rotary President Janet Coit presents the candy to Hummelstown Food Pantry rep Ralph Vignati.
